When she settles in with a moccasin, she’s in The Zone – a world of her own.

I understand you Daisy… we bark at the wind because only we can hear the whispering voices in the wind and there is nothing wrong with having your favourite pair of shoes… like efurry girl :o)
See, you do understand me, Easy, and somehow I knew you would! Those wind whispers are pretty interesting – sometimes when my family interrupts my listening, I give them the “sideways stink eye”. 🙂

So she just licks the shoe? BOL well I guess it’s better than destroying it! Delilah gets into that zone when you give her a dryer sheet. Her eyes glaze over and she has a dreamy look, then she tears it up and rolls around it.

We actually used to have a cat that had a thing for shoes….she would put her front paws in and just lie there!
That must have been so cute to see a cat attempting to “wear” shoes! 😀 No, Daisy never bites or chews on shoes, she just licks them. And not all shoes – just certain flats and moccasins; she doesn’t like sneakers or shoes with heels at all. We can’t figure her out!
Haha that is too funny. Thunder and Freighter will steal shoes, boots and slippers, but they mostly run around with them. Thanks so much for sharing on the hop!

Roxy, our Yorkie, LOVES to lick shoes too. Around here (Florida) it’s mostly flip-flops but if she can’t lick us she goes for the shoes. Dogs are weird!
